ART & DESIGN  

With many years of experience creating graphic design and illustration for business, I have most recently been exploring the world around me with a paint brush in hand. I have always painted objects and scenes that I have been observing for a while. Through study and research, a composition comes together in my head. I can then apply my vision to paper or canvas. I am particularly inspired by how light and shadow, along with color, form shapes and patterns over a subject. I also have a connection to the paintings I create, as the subject matter is often based on the environment around me or has been a part of my personal journey.

Creative Art Workshops 

• Live and Online art workshops for people of all ages facilitated through foundation grants A variety of painting, drawing and collage demonstrations that encourage creativity and feature an element of world culture and geography.

• Workshops funded through the Nowodworski Foundation SITE Programs in Westchester and Putnam Counties 

Marketing | Creative Direction | Art Direction | Graphic Design 

• As a former marketing director, creative director and art director for a regional real estate company and additionally as a freelance graphic designer, I am able to analyze my artwork with the goal of fine tuning and improving it. As a result, I have strong layout, editing and composition skills that I can utilize in my paintings.
