Intro to Python

Virtual Zoom classes
This course is designed for Adults, and Youth (ages 12-18).  Python is currently one of the most popular programming languages.  This course will teach the basics of python and how to build your own projects using it.   No prior coding experience required.   Laptop or desktop is required.

INSTRUCTOR. Liliann Ulysse is a high school senior from Long Island, NY.   She first learned how to code in python her freshman year of high school, and has gone on to work on computer science research at the American Museum of Natural History and Columbia University.   In addition, she has worked as a teaching assistant for BridgeUP:STEM in fall 2020, a program designed to teach young girls how to code.   She will start as a freshman at Howard University majoring in computer science in the fall.
