The medal represents New York, known as the “Big Apple,” featuring elements typical of the Kraków Nativity Scene: architecture (characteristic silhouettes and elements, slender overall form) and residents of Kraków set against the backdrop of the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) and the market stalls of Kraków vendors in the Main Market Square.
